Absolutely the best in customer service I have seen in Orlando. Wether it has been for tire's,oil change or any type of auto maintenance I've experienced them all. They are the best at explaining the problem and getting it resolved ON TIME. Thank you much. Wonderful Shop to deal with. Mm

I made an appointment for an oil change and was received immediately upon arrival. The facility is extremely clean and very organized. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful... especially, Joe! I spent the wait time chatting with Joe who was just lovely, kind and down-to-earth. I highly recommend this facility and the wonderful folks at Riker's.

I was recommended this spot by A Friend and brought our Church van here to get the air-conditioning fixed, which was not working for the rear eight passengers! From the first visit to the courtesy phone calls along the way of all the repairs and all of the findings I felt while taking care of and well informed. Honesty and integrity are huge for me and the organization I work for and we were just so blessed to find Rikers and the team! Will definitely bring in the church truck in the next few weeks to get all of the maintenance done here and in the future. highly recommend!

I will say this. The customer service was good as far as diagnosed my car that was not correct. I was quoted $1900. I was told my air compressor was no good to find out that was not true. I had to pay $90 to get a misdiagnosed. I found out it was my alternator my belt and my thermostat. I had to replace the coolant Reservoir And the car runs 100% I’m a little annoyed because I paid $90 for a diagnose that was not Correct I was out of town for an event and that was close byI picked my car up for a second opinion. And I was able to get home for about 500 bucks I was definitely there under Jasmine G. It was a NissanAltima. And I have the proof
